Last Monday I attended a Broker Open at the Denver Brownstones at Central Park. These new luxury townhomes are located in Stapleton, just across the street from Central Park.

Each unit has private terraces overlooking Central Park. While the weather wasn’t cooperating much you’ll see some of the mountain views and hopefully the breath of Central Park.

I discovered this series of “Denver’s Changing Neighborhoods” reported by Rocky Mountain PBS showing how the city of Denver is transforming its corridors into “living streets.” There are six videos on several aspects of walkable/liveable/healthy Denver communities.

Denver is a healthy vibrant city with over 300 days a year of sunshine. With an abundance of outdoor activities in all weather conditions from skiing, fishing, hiking, and all types of sports this city never stops. Denver has all lines of professional sports teams.

The city continues to expand its mass transportation facilities and move into the direction of the future. I hope you enjoy this series and I will try to add my two cents for video. I invite you learn more about Denver neighborhoods at your convenience.
