			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this final of six episodes of  “Denver’s Changing Neighborhoods” reported by <a title="Rocky Mountain PBS" href="http://www.rmpbs.org/" target="_blank">Rocky Mountain PBS</a> explains  the living streets initiative of Denver.  This considers transforming the streets to living streets.</p>
<p>In a living street, the traffic is calmer, street scape inviting and stores are stores are oriented to the streets themselves.  This is an effort go back to our roots of walking and interacting with our neighbors in the community.</p>
